Green Juice

Green vegetable juice made from celery, cucumber, kale and sprouts supply valuable electrolytes and oxygen to the cells of the body for use in cleansing and rebuilding. Best part is they taste great and packed with vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
Try adding one green juice a day. You can make them yourself with recipes from my new book or buy one freshly pressed. Make sure you go organic!

I drank my first green juice, using your recipe from your book, yesterday morning. I did the entire One Day cleanse. I have a 55 mile mountain bike 'eco tour' coming up Saturday, so I thought I'd try it to help make sure I'm feelin' good during the ride. I was surprised that I was o.k. without my coffee!
