Is there an inexpensive home juicer you recommend?
I drank my first green juice, using your recipe from your book, yesterday morning. I did the entire One Day cleanse. I have a 55 mile mountain bike 'eco tour' coming up Saturday, so I thought I'd try it to help make sure I'm feelin' good during the ride. I was surprised that I was o.k. without my coffee!
I heard that Alka-plex is something hot in sports now. Is it?
