Are you thirsty!!!

Quick thought for the day: most of us are chronically de-hydrated. The mid day drop in energy can be related to not drinking enough water! Drinking clean filtered water can give you more energy.
A hydrated brain actually thinks better. A healthy intake of water can
cleanse junk out of your system. Fill your glass jars or non plastic
containers with clean filtered water with slices of lemon or lime and
drink up!
